Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Period
You may request a return for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. All return requests must be approved before sending any item back to us.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. This includes any accessories or gifts received with the order.
Return Shipping
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Beach Bloom Jewelry does not cover return postage and cannot provide prepaid labels. You will need to send us a valid tracking number as proof of return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid after any discounts or promotions. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will issue store credit once the returned item is received and approved. You can then use your store credit to place a new order for the item of your choice. All exchanges are considered final.
Gifts and Gift Cards
Gifted items are not eligible for refunds. However, they may be exchanged for store credit. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once issued.
Promotional Terms
Bundles
- If all items from a bundle are returned together, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
- If only part of a bundle is returned, the refund or credit will reflect the individual item’s adjusted value within the bundle.
Promotional Sets (e.g. Buy 2 Get 1 Free)
- If returned as a complete set, you may receive a full refund or store credit.
- If items from the promotion are returned separately:
Buy 2 Get 1 Free: Each item returned will be refunded at 80% of its full value, based on the discounted set price.
Buy 2 Get 2 Free or similar offers: Each returned item will be refunded at 50% of its full value.
Mystery Items and Free Gifts
Mystery products and promotional gifts cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
If you meet the conditions above and would like to initiate a return or exchange, please email info@beachbloomjewelry.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- If it is a gift exchange, please provide as much information as possible about the original order (name, email, order number, shipping address, or phone number)
If your request concerns a product issue or damage, please let us know — we will assess the situation and provide a resolution through a different process.
