5. Order Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when placing an order. If an order fails to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, Beach Bloom Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages or replacement costs.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion. This may include orders placed under the same customer account, billing address, shipping address, or payment method.
If your order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you via email or phone, though we are not obligated to do so.
We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping information at checkout and contacting us immediately at info@beachbloomjewelry.com if you detect any errors. Once an order has shipped, we are not able to modify the address or issue a replacement.
6. Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if your order is eligible under our return or warranty policy. Refunds are calculated based on the amount paid after discounts and promotional codes.
After 30 days, we reserve the right to decline any refund request. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered once the package has left our warehouse.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you have 7 business days from that date to file a claim.
If your package includes incorrect or missing items, you have 3 business days to notify us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take 2–7 business days to appear on your statement.
7. Promotions
Promotional items such as free gifts or mystery products are not eligible for refund or return.
If a refund is requested on an order that used a promotion, the amount refunded will reflect the promotional price applied to each item. A customer is eligible for a maximum of one free gift and one promotional bonus per order when meeting the qualifying conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Beach Bloom Jewelry shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages of any kind resulting from your use of our service or products.
This includes, without limitation, direct or indirect damages, loss of data, lost profits, replacement costs, or any other similar damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, in which case our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By subscribing to our text message service, you agree to receive recurring messages about order updates, promotions, and other service-related content.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile provider.
You may unsubscribe at any time by texting “STOP” or using the opt-out link provided in our messages. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you re-subscribe.
We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected text messages due to changes in phone numbers, wireless carriers, or network issues.
