There are no hidden fees — all customs duties and taxes are fully covered by us.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on current order volume.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

On average, worldwide delivery takes 7 to 11 business days after dispatch.

Here are estimated timeframes by region:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

 

Please note:

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, weather conditions, holidays, or destination.

Shipments to remote areas may take up to 4–6 weeks in rare cases.

Express shipping is not currently available.

 

Shipping Locations

We ship to most countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Australia, and many others.

Currently, we do not ship to French Polynesia, Russia, or China.

 

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

If you do not receive one, please contact us at info@beachbloomjewelry.com with your full name, order number, and shipping address.

Once your package ships, you will get a tracking number to monitor progress.

You can also track your order anytime on our website.

 

Address Changes & Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations once the order is placed.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@beachbloomjewelry.com.

 

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • First check with your local post office or neighbors
  • Wait up to 3 business days
  • Contact us within 7 business days of the marked delivery date

For deliveries delayed over 30 days, please email us with your full order details and we will assist you.

 

Missing or Incorrect Items

If your order contains missing or incorrect items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include: your order number, a photo of the items received, a photo of the shipping label
